HOW IT WORKS
1. ACTIVATE THE PROGRAM
Within 48 hours of receiving your package, upload your "Day 1 photo." This documents your starting point and activates your guarantee.
2. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE
Use Bivanci beard growth serum daily as directed. Consistency is key to deeply stimulating hair follicles.
3. DOCUMENT THE JOURNEY
Take a photo on Day 45 and a final photo on Day 90. To ensure authenticity, hold up a unique code on a slip of paper that we will send you via email on the same day.

Who can participate in the program?
The program is available to anyone who starts a subscription (minimum 3 months) or purchases a 3-pack. It does not apply to the purchase of individual bottles.
What happens if I don't see results?
If you have followed all steps in the program but do not see a measurable difference, apply for the guarantee within 10 days after Day 90. We will then refund the total order value, which corresponds to the cost of the active ingredients.
Why do I need to return empty bottles?
For your refund to be approved, you need to send us back your three empty bottles for verification.
